Back to Ossola!

It's official, the annual AIC canyoning meeting will take place in the Ossola valley, endless source of exceptional outdoor paths in the North West of italy.

During the 2010 meeting in Bognanco, the weather has prevented the descent of some of the most beautiful canyons, in the meantime other canyons have been explored and equipped. In short: the Ossola valley truly offers many opportunities for spectacular canyoning. It's now time to set the score right.

As of today, we are not able yet to confirm the precise dates and location since we are still working on the final details, evaluating several options; however, we already know the period will be between late July and early August (mark your calendar!).

Moreover the 2013’s theme has been picked, “Gears and Equipment”, following the tradition inaugurated in Bognanco in 2010, when the meeting became an opportunity for discussion and exchange.

Soooo… this year too, we can count on the usual aspects: lots of canyons, goodies sellers, canyoning with SNC instructors, presentations/discussions on rescue, gears, and techniques... Just a little more patience, stay tuned for the exact dates and location!

During the previous 10 editions we gathered a few thousand participants, we toured throughout northern Italy, we contributed in bringing the right way to do canyoning to the local administrations, residents and tour operators, we met schools and associations of different countries and we kept increasing our experience.

THIS is the AIC meeting, beware of imitations!
